Jean Marshall Coaching Resilience. Reinvention. Your Next Chapter.
Life has a way of changing our plans when we least expect it.
Over the years, I've lived many different lives. From a childhood shaped by financial hardship to an international modeling career, managing talent and directing beauty pageants, leaving it all behind for the corporate world, rediscovering my creativity as a photographer, entrepreneurship, surviving a stroke, and later surviving a catastrophic car accident that forever changed my body—including losing a leg—and the course of my life, this book follows the many lives I've lived and the lessons each one taught me.
Each chapter forced me to begin again.
This book is the story of those chapters and the lessons they taught me about resilience, reinvention, hope, and finding meaning when life doesn't go according to plan.
My hope is that somewhere in these pages, you'll see parts of your own story, find encouragement for your own journey, and discover that no matter what life takes from you, it can never take away your ability to begin again.
Reinvention, resilience, and finding meaning after life's unexpected detours.
The book is only the beginning.
Alongside it, I'll be creating companion workbooks for readers who want to go beyond the story and apply the ideas to their own lives.
Instead of interrupting the book with exercises, the workbooks provide a separate space for reflection, personal inventories, and practical action. Read the story first. If you're ready to explore your own journey, the workbooks will be there when you need them.
Planned companion workbooks include:
The Living Inventory — A practical guide to taking stock of your life, your priorities, your dreams, and the things that matter most.
The Reinvention Inventory — A guide to identifying what to carry forward, what to leave behind, and how to intentionally create your next chapter.
Additional companion workbooks and resources will follow as this body of work continues to grow.
This is the beginning of a collection of stories, life lessons, and practical tools designed to help people navigate change, rediscover themselves, and keep moving forward.
